Banvie will provide lifetime warranty service to your machine
* Warranty Period is available for 12 months, you may obtain warranty service by exchange the defective components freely if product does not function as warranted during the warranty period
* If it comes with problem after warranty period, we will cope with the problem first, liability judging later, to make sure all the system working in priority.

We will be freely training and recurrent training the operator, and will also offer them present training during debug and maintenance.
